Shipping locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If we introduce international shipping in the future, additional terms, customs duties, and import taxes may apply.
Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods or promotions, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Shipping provider
We currently ship orders using Evri or other trusted UK courier services.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Magic Matcha Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at coryn@wearemagicmatcha.com.
We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- an incorrect address
- refusal of delivery
- no one being available to receive the parcel
You may be required to pay for redelivery or collect the parcel from a local depot.
Lost or damaged parcels
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
If your order:
- arrives damaged
- is lost in transit
- does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
